At Promutuel Insurance, our commitment to corporate social responsibility 
(CSR) is inseparable from our mutualist identity. We believe that solidarity, 
commitment, openness and ambition can transform times of change into 
opportunities for progress.  
As risks evolve and climatic events become more frequent, our mission 
comes fully into focus. Insurance can serve as a practical tool not only to 
provide protection, but also to help build resilience in the communities where 
we operate. 
In 2025, we continued to integrate environmental and social considerations 
at every level of the organization. We also stepped up our efforts to rally our 
teams around our CSR commitments, enabling us to reach maturity and meet 
new regulatory requirements.
