Enhancing the experience of our staff Initiatives have also been introduced to enhance our employees’ experience and encourage their day-to-day engagement. Among these initiatives we have: • revised our Policy on Prevention of Incivility, Violence, Harassment and Discrimination to continue providing all employees with a harmonious and safe workplace. The rollout of this Policy was accompanied by an awareness and training campaign aimed at preventing all forms of harassment within our organization; • updated our contribution review process to better reflect our values and strategic priorities, recognize the work done on a day-to-day basis, support individual development, and align our practices. • promoted the health and well-being of our employees as reflected in the many services, benefits, and seminars we offer them. Initiatives such as our friendly Promutuel Insurance gets moving competition and our annual sports challenges also underscore this commitment. Our efforts were also recognized by Dialogue, which honoured us with the Healthiest Workplace Award for a second consecutive year.
