A heartfelt thank you
As we wrap up 2025, we reaffirm our commitment to building a sustainable 
organization that serves our members and our communities. We are proud of the 
financial results we achieved and the strategic initiatives we undertook throughout 
the year. These achievements reflect our discipline, our consistency and the 
quality of the work accomplished collectively despite an unstable economic 
environment. Together, we are transforming our organization to ensure our 
long-term success and protect what matters, today and for the future.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the members of our Promutuel 
family, starting with our board directors. I am deeply grateful for the trust you 
have placed in our entire management team, as well as in me personally. Your 
clear vision and sound advice guide our decisions and strengthen our ability to 
move forward with confidence. It is a true privilege to be able to count on such 
a dedicated and committed group of Board directors.
I would also like to thank the management of our organization. Your leadership 
and your ability to rally teams around our priorities are essential to the 
implementation of our strategic plan. Every day, you play a key role in fostering 
team cohesion, engagement, and performance. Thanks to you, we are moving 
forward with confidence and ambition.
And finally, my heartfelt thanks to the driving force behind our organization, our 
employees, whose commitment and dedication set us apart and enable us to 
keep reaching further. You are at the heart of our success and the experience 
we provide to our members and partners every day. Thank you, 2,500 times 
over, for continuing to choose us.
I would also like to extend a very special thank you to our 657,000 members 
for their continued trust. Your loyalty gives meaning to our mission and inspires
