Focusing efforts on Commercial insurance
The priority placed on developing commercial insurance has resulted in several 
key initiatives. The creation of a specialized response team and the hosting of 
an internal summit dedicated to commercial insurance reflect our commitment 
to enhancing both our product and service offering and our capabilities in this 
sector. These initiatives will also enable us to better support our teams and 
strengthen our position in this key business sector over the coming years.
Enhancing operational performance
We will continue to optimize our operational performance through 2030 
to ensure that our cost base remains competitive.
We are therefore making sustained efforts to standardize, optimize, and automate 
our processes, while continuing to accelerate our agile development. Whenever 
we can create tangible value for our members or partners, we integrate new 
features powered by artificial intelligence.
