“Jeans and Slippers” days

Our community action committee responded to the increasing needs of local aid organizations with “Jeans and Slippers” days on Fridays in December and January.
A total of $1,162 was raised for Gaspé’s Accueil Blanche Goulet, Matane Lion’s Club, Dégelis Collective Kitchens, Entraide Communautaire des Îles, Moisson Rimouski-Neigette, and Moisson Vallée Matapédia, along with donations of nonperishable food supplies.
