Paying your insurance premium online
This form lets you pay your entire premium as of the effective date of the insurance contract, in a single payment by credit card. Note that a minimum payment of $10 is required to use this service.
Once this form has been submitted, your information will be sent to a secure third-party site not operated by Promutuel Insurance. Note that Promutuel Insurance does not store credit card numbers or other banking information, so you will have to re-enter your information for future transactions.
