Water Damage that originates from Ground Water and Sewers
This coverage, available under certain eligibility conditions, offers protection against, among others, damage caused by leaks, overflows or backups of French drains, sewers, septic tanks, drain fields, ditches or sumps. It also covers damage caused by ground or surface water seeping into the building through walls, foundations or basement floors.
Water Damage that originates from Above-ground Water
This coverage, available under certain eligibility conditions, offers protection against damage caused by discharges, overflows or backups of gutters or downspouts. It also covers damage caused by rain or snow seeping in through the roof, walls, doors or windows of the building.
Swimming pools and spas
This coverage offers protection against, among others, damage caused by freezing and thawing, as well as the weight of snow or ice. It also covers equipment, patios and decks not attached to the building that give direct access to the pool or spa.
