In the current situation, Promutuel Insurance continues to work hard to provide outstanding service to its insured members
True to our values of cooperation and mutual assistance, we are doing our part in this great movement of solidarity. We are confident that we will all emerge victorious because it is by working together that we can achieve the greatest things. We have two main objectives: to keep our employees and their families healthy and to continue serving our insured members.
There may be occasional delays in our services over the coming weeks, but rest assured that we will do everything we can to respond to your requests as quickly as possible.
Phone and email service still operational We are continuing to provide services by phone or email with the majority of our employees working remotely. We therefore encourage you to contact us. Thank you for your cooperation.
Temporary changes to business hours As the situation evolves, we may need to temporarily adjust our business hours. Obviously if our office is closed and you need to file a claim, you can always call 1-888-590-2433. You can also always find the information you need on the website of your mutual insurance association.
Relief measures for insured members We know that this is a very worrisome time for some of our insured members. We understand, and we want to be there for you. Promutuel Insurance will be taking exceptional circumstances into account to provide temporary premium relief to those who qualify. Our teams will review requests on a case-by-case basis. If this applies to you, please contact us to discuss your situation.
Be vigilant The COVID-19 pandemic is leading to an increase in phishing attempts in all sectors. Some malicious people may send you unusual emails, seemingly from Promutuel Insurance, claiming to offer discounts, new features, or changes to your policy. Please be careful and contact us by phone if you have any doubts.
Cancellation of annual general meetings Mutual insurance association general meetings are usually held in March. To find out whether yours has been cancelled or postponed, go to the website of your mutual insurance association.
