Beach bag essentials
Before you head out to your beach of choice, put on lightweight clothing and make sure you pack essentials such as a comfortable swimsuit and your favourite towel. And don’t forget your skin! A broad-spectrum sunscreen - one that protects against both UVA and UVB - and a wide-brimmed hat are the best way to guard against sunburns and other harmful effects of UV radiation.
