The next Annual Meeting of the members of Promutuel Insurance Côte-Sud will be held on March 26, 2025, at 7 p.m. at Espace citoyen de Montmagny, situé au 48, avenue du Bassin Nord, Montmagny (Québec) G5V 2B7.

Promutuel Insurance Côte-Sud invites you to its extraordinary general meeting to be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, in virtual mode only.

The result of the merger of Promutuel Insurance Montmagny-L’Islet and Promutuel Insurance Rive-Sud finalized on January 1, Promutuel Insurance Côte-Sud invited its insured members to its Annual Meeting, where it unveiled its excellent combined results for 2023.

The next annual meeting of the insured members of Promutuel Assurance Côte-Sud will be held Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 7  p.m., at the Espace citoyen de Montmagny, located at 48, avenue du Bassin Nord in Montmagny.

Promutuel Rive-Sud 2023 annual meeting

To comply with current health regulations, the Promutuel Assurance Montmagny-L’Islet annual meeting of members (the “meeting") will be held at 7 p.m. on March 22, 2022 in virtual format only and broadcast live.

Insured members of Promutual Rive-Sud are invited on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at 7:30 p.m., at the Centre socio-culturel de Saint-Gervais, located at 176, rue Nadeau in Saint-Gervais. In case of cancellation, the meetings will be rescheduled for Thursday, March 19, 2020, at the same time and location.

To comply with current health regulations, the Promutuel Assurance Rive-Sud annual meeting of members (the “meeting") will be held at 7 p.m. on June 1 in virtual format only and broadcast live.

In light of our excellent results in 2020 and the pandemic’s undeniable impact on our community, Promutuel Insurance Rive-Sud is very proud to pay out $2 992 000 in dividends to its insured members between now and the end of the year.
