After receiving the required approvals from regulatory authorities, Promutuel Insurance Côte-Sud and Promutuel Insurance de l’Estuaire joined forces on January 1 to become Promutuel Insurance Côte-Est. This merger will enable the new Mutual Company to further strengthen its development in Eastern Québec and the Atlantic provinces.
