In keeping with its mission and mutualist values, Promutuel Insurance du St-Laurent aux Appalaches is proud to announce the payment of a total of $14.7 million in dividends to its eligible insured members. This dividend, confirmed at the Annual General Meeting held last April, generates positive benefits for our region and underscores the importance the Mutual Company places on its members.

Payments will begin on September 11, 2026. Members whose banking information is on file will receive the dividend by direct deposit; all others will receive it by cheque. The cheques are expected to be mailed on September 14, 2026.
“Issuing a dividend is a tangible way to thank our members for the trust they place in us. It also reaffirms what sets us apart: a local Mutual Company that is present in the community and attentive to local needs,” said Anne Vaillancourt, General Manager of Promutuel Insurance du St-Laurent aux Appalaches.

“Our Board of Directors is committed to sound governance that remains true to the Mutual Company’s mission. Our insured members are at the heart of every decision we make. We chose to issue a dividend to recognize their contribution to our collective success and create concrete benefits in our community,” said Martin Paquette, Chair of the Board of Directors of the Mutual Company.
