The next annual meeting of the members of Promutuel Assurance Centre-Sud will be held Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at 6 p.m., at the Hôtel et Suites Le Dauphin, located at 600, boulevard Saint-Joseph in Drummondville.
To participate, insured members can register by contacting the Mutual by phone at 1-877-799-8844, ext. 3228, or by email at [email protected] no later than 4 p.m. on March 12, 2024.
Members on site will be able to review the Association’s annual report, elect members of the board of directors, and ask questions. The purpose of the annual meeting will be to submit Bylaw 2024-1 – Modifying Bylaw No. 1 (2019) – Specific Internal Bylaw to the members for adoption. If adopted, it would modify the quorum required at the Association’s general meetings. See the special resolution and proposed bylaw.
