Promutual Insurance de l’estuaire invites you to attend its special meeting on May 6, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., at Hôtel Rimouski (Mgr Parent-Courchesne room) located at 225, boulevard René-Lepage Est in Rimouski.
You can also attend virtually, provided you register by May 2, 2025, 5:00 p.m.. To do so, members must contact their Mutual insurance company at [email protected].
The purpose of this special meeting is to submit to the insured members a merger agreement between the mutual company and Promutuel Insurance de l’Estuaire.
