At the annual meeting of Promutuel Insurance Vallée du St-Laurent, its General Manager Jacinthe Phaneuf proudly awarded a $1,000 participation prize to Mr. Jean-François Lebel. In addition, a sum of $2,000 was given to the organization of his choice, Association Garagona Inc., chaired by Mr. Jacques Yelle.
