Following the general meeting of March 26, Promutuel Insurance Bagot’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointments of Alex Laplante and Pierre Cloutier as Directors.

The next Annual Meeting of the members of Promutuel Insurance Bagot will be held on March 26, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. at Centre des congrès de Saint-Hyacinthe (1325, Daniel-Johnson W. Street, Saint-Hyacinthe).
$3.2 million in dividends paid out
The members of the Promutuel Insurance Bagot Board of Directors are pleased to announce that $3.2 million in dividends will be paid out to its insured members in 2024.

2022 VIRTUAL ANNUAL MEETING
To comply with current health regulations, the Promutuel Assurance Bagot annual meeting of members (the “meeting") will be held at 7 p.m. on March 23, 2022 in virtual format only and broadcast live.
