To better meet the needs of its customers, Promutuel Insurance Alta is extending the operating hours of its personal insurance helpline across all of its branches.
With the addition of evening and Saturday hours, insured members can now contact their insurer more easily, at times that better fit their schedules.
At the same time, branch hours have been adjusted at certain locations to standardize opening hours.

Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.*
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
Telephone service
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Sunday: Closed
