Baie-du-Febvre, May 12, 2026 – Aware of the importance of its mission as a proud local mutual insurer, Promutuel Insurance Verchères – Les Forges reaffirms its commitment to the community with the launch of the 2nd edition of its At the Heart of Your Community program. This year, $400,000 will be earmarked to support local initiatives across the Mutual Company’s territory! Insured members have until June 30 to submit a community-driven project led by an organization that promotes the well-being of its community. Selected organizations will receive a significant financial contribution to help bring their projects to life.
“This second edition is a testament to our deep commitment to the well-being of our community. True to our mutualist values, we are proud to support meaningful projects that will have lasting benefits for the population and for the future of our region,” said Ms. Maude Jutras-Rouillard, General Manager.
Insured members of Promutuel Insurance Verchères – Les Forges are therefore invited to propose projects from community organizations, mutual-aid associations, charitable foundations or other organizations with initiatives that benefit the community. A selection committee will review the submitted projects to select the recipient organizations and determine the funding that will be granted to support their implementation.
