Quebec City, October 24, 2025 - Ms. Geneviève Fortier, Chief Executive Officer of Promutuel Insurance, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Brigitte Dagnault as Vice President - Communications and Public Affairs. Ms. Dagnault will be a member of the Office of the Chief Executive Officer and will report directly to Ms. Fortier. She will assume her duties on October 27.
Ms. Dagnault graduated from the Université du Québec à Montréal with bachelor’s degrees in communications and public relations and has over 25 years of experience in the field. Until recently, she was Vice President of the communications and marketing agency Exponentiel. She has also held various leadership positions in her field of expertise, notably at La Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, GE Capital, Via Rail Canada, and Sun Life.
At Promutuel Insurance, Ms. Dagnault will be responsible for developing and managing the organization’s internal and external communication strategies. She will ensure the distinctive positioning of Promutuel Assurance within the industry as well as among its various target audiences. In addition, she will be tasked with designing and implementing the external communication strategy to support the organization’s ambitious growth objectives. Finally, as part of her role, Brigitte will also be responsible for protecting the reputation and brand identity of Promutuel Insurance.
