Promutuel Insurance recognized for its excellence in project management
Québec City, April 14, 2016 — Promutuel Insurance, together with software solutions provider V-NEO, received the Information Technology award for its business and farm insurance policy management tool (OGEA). This award was presented at the 2016 Project Management Excellence Gala by the Project Management Institute (PMI), Lévis-Québec chapter, held last night at Manoir du Lac Delage in Quebec City.
Launched in 2014, the OGEA project has given Promutuel Insurance a powerful tool for improving its efficiency and performance in managing its business and farm insurance policies. Building on this success, Promutuel Insurance is currently working on implementing a similar tool for individual insurance policies.
“We were able to implement the OGEA project thanks to the outstanding work of our teams and V-NEO,” said Promutuel Insurance COO Guy Lecours. “The project allows us to stand out for our innovation and efficiency. Today, we’re very proud to see our efforts recognized by PMI Lévis-Québec!”
The PMI Lévis-Québec Project Management Excellence Gala is designed to recognize businesses know for their outstanding performance in four categories of project management: Information technology, construction, succession, and miscellaneous. Promutuel Insurance was a finalist with Desjardins Insurance in the Information Technology category.
