Promutuel Insurance continues to implement its business strategy and appoints Isabelle Côté as Senior Vice President – Finance
Québec City, June 14, 2023—Geneviève Fortier, Chief Executive Officer of Promutuel Insurance, is pleased to announce the appointment of Isabelle Côté as Senior Vice-President – Finance.
A graduate of Université du Québec à Montréal, Ms. Côté has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in accounting. She has over 30 years of experience in finance and holds the CPA credential. Most recently she served as Vice-President and Controller at TC Transcontinental. She has held various other senior positions, including at Cirque du Soleil.
At Promutuel Insurance Isabelle will be responsible for supporting the Group in financing its profitable growth strategy and optimizing the performance of all assets to ensure the organization’s continued success. She will oversee all financial transactions, investment activities, capital management and financing, corporate actuarial services, integrated risk management, and corporate social responsibility, while working with her team to ensure the Finance division evolves in keeping with industry best practices. Her appointment is effective July 3.
